The November meeting of the South Region Tech Coordinators will be on November 13. We'll get started at 9 with coffee and donuts and a boxed lunch will be served around 11:30.

This roundtable is for treasurers and members of their staff working with USAS programs.
A couple of topics that we will cover: The F1099s,venhire reporting and USASDW (replacement for SSWAT).
This session can be utilized to discuss any questions or concerns you have with the budgetary process and provide an opportunity to share and compare ideas and procedures with other treasurers and staff.

District Technology Professionals Training 1.) Web Washer configuration and management. Overview of Webwasher appliances and district level policy configuration . 2.) SCOCAWiki active content database. Allows users to freely create and edit Web page content using any Web browser. allows tech coordinators to contribute content and search the database for information posted by others. be edited in addition to the content itself. 3.) Exchange EMAIL for member districts.

This class is intended for School District Treasurers and their Staff who are involved in the Budgeting Process. Along with a brief discussion of the Budgetary requirements and deadlines, this session will cover the programs APPROP and USACERT.

This training is intended to provide detailed, step by step, instruction on each of the individual components of the WebWasher appliance that is made available to district technology staff. This will include step by step instruction and labs in a test environment. This class will begin at 9:00 AM and will continue until 2:00 PM with a one hour break for lunch. This event is currenlt scheduled at the Brown Co. ESC in Georgetown, Ohio.
