SCOCA and the "Heartbleed" bug...
By now, many of you have heard about the "Heartbleed" bug in the news.  Quoting from heartbleed.com, Heartbleed is "a serious vulnerability in the popular OpenSSL cryptographic software library" which many websites use to encrypt their web traffic.  "This weakness allows stealing the information protected, under normal conditions, by the SSL/TLS encryption used to secure the Internet... for applications such as web, email, instant messaging (IM) and some virtual private networks (VPNs)."
