SCOCA is one of twenty-three Information Technology Centers (ITC) in Ohio providing administrative technology support services and classroom technology integration to achieve student success.

SCOCA serves 58 Public Education Entities, 58 Non-Public Education Entities, and Public Libraries from 24 Ohio counties.

Our goal is to provide visionary technology planning and support that allows our Educational Entities to achieve their mission of preparing 21st Century Learners.
